Alex Adeyemo has over 15 years legal experience in both private and public sector. He has worked at Inner London Crown Court, HM Customs & Excise and Refugee Legal Centre where he gained his experience in immigration and asylum matters. Alex qualified as a Solicitor in 2003 at BKS Solicitors in Penge, South London and was in charge of the Immigration Department before he joined the Crown Prosecution Service (CP.S.) in February 2004. Alex was a Senior Crown Prosecutor with the C.P.S. until August 2006.
Alex has extensive experience in many areas of law including Asylum & Immigration, Criminal Law, Civil Litigation, Family.
Alex is also a Solicitor-Advocate as he has a lot of experience in advocacy matters both in Immigration, Criminal and Civil matters and a lot of his successful cases have been reported at the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal determinations.
As an experienced litigator, Alex is aware that litigation is not always the best way to resolve disputes and he will advise clients on alternative dispute resolutions that can best rectify their problems, keeping the cost and distress to them down to a minimum. If matters however cannot be avoided from going to Court, he has the expertise to prepare clients’ cases very well and represent them throughout the court procedure. There are occasions when Counsel (barristers) may have to be instructed and Alex has excellent working relationships with the best of barristers out there.
